It’s that wonderful time of year that we dedicate to romance and love.  Some of us celebrate by showering our loved ones with candy, flowers and much more.  Whether you’ve found your soul mate or are still looking for true love, make sure you take a moment to say “I love you” to those nearest and dearest to you.

It’s beginning to look a lot like the holidays! Neighborhoods are beautifully lit, streets lined with festive décor and shops and department stores are playing some of our favorite holiday jingles.  While we gear up for the season, let’s remember that there’s nothing better than gathering around with family and friends.   As New Year quickly approaches, it’s the perfect time to look back at the past, and more importantly look forward to the coming year.  Let’s make 2012 even better!

The time has come to bid adieu to summer and welcome autumn with open arms.   The temperature is cooling down and the vibrant oranges and reds are beginning to paint our Valley with all the wonderful colors fall has to offer.  Warm summer days are cooled off by the new season’s breeze and cozying up with a warm blanket, pumpkin pie and a movie makes for a perfect evening.

It was with great sadness that we heard about the devastation Japan had faced as their nation was hit by one of the largest earthquakes ever recorded last month.  The earthquake, as most of you know, spawned a deadly tsunami that crashed into the country’s east coast leaving Japan utterly devastated.  Thousands are dead and many are still missing or injured.  Our hearts are with the families who were affected by this catastrophe.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…the streets are lined with holiday décor, jingles are heard throughout our shopping malls, and preparations for family gatherings have already begun.  As the New Year approaches, it is certainly time to set our sights forward, but it is also a nice time for reflection.  
We have met some amazing and wonderful people whom we have featured this past year.

The beauty of fall is finally here, and there’s no better place to welcome the cooler days and evenings than Santa Clarita.  Leaves begin to change and vibrant autumn colors bloom.  Barbecuing becomes a thing of the past and the aromas of baked foods fill our homes. What a wonderful time of year.

As the end of 2008 approaches and we look forward to the upcoming holidays, we do so with a spirit of joy and excitement.  We find ourselves energized by the opportunities that lie ahead.  As we drive around our valley, we’re pleased to see the price of gas declining and home values again on the rise.  Yes, it’s been a challenging year for many of us, but economic indicators are favorable and we look forward to a strong business climate for our Valley in the coming year.

What a wonderful time of year Fall is in Santa Clarita.  The days are still long, but the temperatures are dropping and there’s an energy that comes with the cooler days and evenings. True, our trees don’t turn the brilliant reds and oranges that you might find in other parts of the country, but we won’t be shoveling snow three months from now either.
